We’re passionate about connecting with people and equipping organizations with the tools they need to grow. We’re based in the midwest, and work with clients across the country. Using a blend of science, deep empathy, and a human-centered design approach, we guide organizations, teams, and individuals through a journey of discovery based on their strengths, blind spots, interpersonal dynamics, and how their individual differences can serve as their collective strengths.

Tiffany Litscher
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Tiffany is passionate about learning, creating community and empowering people. She spent a decade with the World Council traveling around the globe to develop credit unions and equip individuals through microfinance, followed by several years with think-tank and innovation engine Filene. Tiffany was inspired to launch Litscher Consulting to help organizations develop healthy workplace cultures through leadership development, team building and creating communities of belonging.
